What does a Roundabout sign mean?

A Roundabout sign provides notice in advance about a roundabout, a circular intersection where traffic travels around a central island in a counter-clockwise direction. Also called traffic circles, roundabouts may have one or more lanes. Entering traffic must yield the right-of-way to traffic already in the circle (including bicycles and pedestrians). Roundabouts don't have bicycle lanes, so traffic must share the road. When you approach a roundabout, prepare to slow down and yield to traffic already in the roundabout. Enter the roundabout keeping right and travel in a counter-clockwise direction until you reach the desired exit.
