Operating a motorcycle safely in traffic requires special skills and knowledge. To earn your license in West Virginia, you must pass a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill test. Knowledge test questions are based on the information from the West Virginia Motorcycle Manual. They require that you know and understand road rules and safe riding practices.
