VERMONT MOTORCYCLE PERMIT TEST

View instructions
To earn your motorcycle license in Vermont, you must pass a knowledge test and on-cycle skill test. Knowledge test questions are based on the information from the Vermont Motorcycle Manual. They require that you know and understand driving laws, road rules and safe riding practices. The written motorcycle test consists of 25 questions, and you'll need at least 20 correct answers to pass. After passing the knowledge test, each applicant for a motorcycle endorsement will be required to pass an off-road skills test before the endorsement will be issued. If the knowledge test is failed, there is a waiting period of at least one day before the test may be taken again.
