Riding a motorcycle requires special skills and knowledge beyond those required for driving a car. To earn your motorcycle license in Delaware, you must pass a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill test. Knowledge test questions are based on information from the Delaware Motorcycle Operator Manual, which covers the requirements for the Motorcycle endorsement, testing requirements, and the basic knowledge needed to obtain the endorsement. The knowledge test consists of 25 questions, and you'll need 20 correct answers to pass (80%).
