All residents who operate a motor vehicle on any Oklahoma street or highway must have an Oklahoma driver's license or learner's permit. To qualify for the driving test, you must pass the vision screening and the written test. The questions for the OK DMV written test will be taken from the Oklahoma Driver's Manual.
