Where cars can travel freely.
Where all vehicles have the right-of-way.
With four or more traffic signals.
Explanation
An open/uncontrolled intersection does not have traffic signals or signs. Vehicles should proceed in the same order in which they arrived. If two or more vehicles arrive at the intersection at the same time and they are at right angles, the driver on the left must yield the right-of-way to the driver on the right.
