Explanation
Large trucks have significant blind spots, areas where the driver's visibility is limited or completely blocked. The blind spot behind the truck is the most dangerous area for other drivers, as the truck driver cannot see them in their rearview mirrors. A vehicle can disappear from the truck driver's view while it is up to 20 feet in front of the cab, on either side of the truck, and up to 200 feet behind the truck. Always drive where other drivers can see you and use extra caution when driving near large trucks.
