You have the right-of-way when you are:

Turning left at an intersection.
Traveling within a roundabout.
Driving faster than other vehicles.
Entering a roundabout.
Explanation

If you are already in a roundabout, vehicles entering must yield to you. Be sure to signal your exit to help other drivers understand your intentions. If you have not yet entered the roundabout, slow down, check to your left, and yield the right-of-way to vehicles already in the circle. If there are vehicles blocking your entrance, stop and wait for a clear gap. If no vehicles are coming, proceed without stopping.
At an intersection where you plan to turn left, move into the center of the intersection, stop, and yield to oncoming traffic. You can only make your turn when the road is clear. Remember, driving faster than other vehicles does not give you the right of way at intersections or anywhere else.
