All states require some form of license endorsement demonstrating you possess a minimum level of skill and knowledge, and Louisiana is no different. To earn your motorcycle license in Louisiana, you must pass both a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill test. The knowledge test covers the information from the Louisiana Motorcycle Operator Manual, including road rules and safe riding practices. The test consists of 25 questions, and you'll need at least 20 correct answers to pass (80%).
