All states require some form of license endorsement demonstrating you possess a minimum level of skill and knowledge, and Louisiana is no different. To earn your motorcycle license in Louisiana, you must pass both a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill test. The knowledge test covers the information from the Louisiana Motorcycle Operator Manual, including road rules and safe riding practices.
