Explanation
A slow-moving vehicle symbol has an orange fluorescent center and red reflective borders, and indicates a slow-moving vehicle which cannot travel faster than 25 mph. When you see this emblem on the back of a vehicle, slow down and maintain a safe following distance that allows for a clear field of vision.
