Explanation
A vehicle's windshield or windows must be free of any signs, stickers or posters not required by law. The vehicle must not have: a TV or similar device that is visible to the driver; blue lights, which are only for emergency/law enforcement vehicles; more than two spotlights, cowl or fender lights, fog lights, or other extra lights; a bell, siren or whistle; a very loud muffler or one that emits smoke.
